It is with great sadness that the family of the late Caroline Combden, of Pollards Point, announce her passing on Monday, November 8th, 2010 at the Western Memorial Regional Hospital in her 68th year. She will be sadly missed by her loving husband Claude; her children: Gwendolyn (Robert) Wolff, Tiffany (Lyndon) Lewis, Cathy (Frank) Selonme and Blake (Jennifer); son-in-law Larry Pittman; eight grandchildren; her siblings: Raymond, Garfield (Dora), Albert (Mary), Dinah (Neville), Bertha (Willis), Valerie, Linda (Robert), Barry (Sandi), Pierce (Yvonne), Calvin (Nellie) and Ross (Christine); also a large circle of relatives and friends. Caroline was predeceased by her daughter Sheila, parents Job and Bessie, sister Margaret Chipp and infant sister Jeanette, parents-in-law Titus and Dulcie, sister-in-law Rose, brother-in-law Bruce Pittman, nephew Leighton Langford and great-nephew Corp. Brian Pinksen. Visitation will take place from the Anglican Church in Pollards Point today, Wednesday and Thursday where also funeral service will take place on Friday at 11:00 a.m. with interment to follow at the family plot.
