Patricia Ann Yungmeyer of Kamloops passed away at Royal Inland Hospital on November 9, 2010.

She was born April 14, 1934 in San Antonio, Texas.
She will be greatly missed and is survived by a sister, Alexandria Saur in Kamloops and family, HL and Barbara-Jean Saur, Connie and John Berezay and Roger and Sally Saur; a son and daughter-in-law Robert Craig Yungmeyer and Kim Yungmeyer of Kamloops; a daughter and family, Valerie Virta Pearlman, Joel Pearlman; and her two grandchildren, Sarah Louise Pearlman and Zoe Allison Pearlman in Sacramento.
Patricia was predeceased by her parents, Alex and Lois Licata and her husband Robert Yungmeyer.

She moved from San Antonio, Texas to Kamloops, British Columbia in 1968 and loved the area becoming a Canadian citizen in 2005. She was always a Texan in her heart and in particular loved the Texas Gulf Coast.
She lived a good life in her 76 years, packed full of family, friends and colleagues who will miss her. As a mother and grandmother her presence was profound. She graduated in the first graduating class from Cariboo College in 1975 with her RN in Nursing. She proudly worked at the Royal Inland Hospital for over 26 years mostly in the Emergency Room Department. She was also a previous co-owner of the Seven-O Ranch and a loving member of the community.

A Celebration of her life will be held on Sunday, November 14, 2010 at 1:00 p.m. in the Schoening Funeral Chapel, 513 Seymour Street, followed by a reception from 1:30 to 3:00 p.m.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the Royal Inland Hospital Foundation, ICU Fund, 311 Columbia Street, Kamloops, BC V2C 2T1 in memory of Patricia would be appreciated.
