Lorraine Bourque
Lorraine Bourque, 83, of Moncton, passed away on Wednesday, November 17, 2010 at her daughter’s residence. Born on February 25, 1927 in Moncton, she was the daughter of the late Léo and Alice (Thibodeau) Gautreau. She is survived by two daughters: Margot Gauvin (Henri) of the province of Québec and Alice Pellerin (Jean-Guy) of Moncton; six sons: Jean of Saint-Lazare, NB, Clarence of Ontario, Robert (Annette) of Shediac Bridge, Pierre, Roger and Paul-Eugène, all of Moncton; three sisters: Marguerite Burke (Ken) of Ontario, Anita Geldart (late George) of British Columbia and Rosaline “Rose†Mellon (Jorgic) of Arizona, US; one brother: Camille (Connie) of Ontario; two half-brothers: George (Marie-Ange) of Ile-de-Miscou and Clarence of Ontario; one sister-in-law: Ruth Gautreau of Ontario; 14 grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, one great-great-grandchild as well as several nieces and nephews. Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, Ulysse; her step-mother, Emilia Goguen; one sister, Doris; two brothers: Alphonse and Emery; one half-sister, Annette and one half-brother, Paul.
The family will receive condolences at Frenette Funeral Home, 88 Church Street, Moncton (858-1900) on Thursday from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. ONLY. The funeral mass will be celebrated at Notre-Dame-de-la-Paix R.C. Church (Murphy Avenue), Moncton, on Friday, November 19, 2010 at 10:30 a.m. Interment will be in St-Joseph Cemetery, Shediac.
