Passed peacefully on Sunday, June 21, 2009 at the Palliative Care Unit, Dr. Leonard A. Miller Centre. Peg Ploughman aged 90 years. Predeceased by her husband: Lindsay (1956), daughter: Rosalind; sons-in-law: James Badcock and Rodney Maier and grand-daughter Nancy Badcock. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories are sons: Lindsay “Bud” (Stella) and Randy (Mona); daughter: Shirley Maier, 11 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren; brother: Doyle (Emily); long time family friend: Glenis Penney as well as many other nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Cremation has taken place. Visitation will be held at Barrett’s Funeral Home, 328 Hamilton Ave. on Tuesday, June 23rd from 2-4 and 7-9. Memorial service will take place from St. James United Church on Wednesday, June 24th at 11 a.m. Interment will follow at a later date.
