Bridgeville / Plymouth ; Maisie MacDonald age 97 of the Valley View Villa ,Riverton and formerly of Bridgeville and Plymouth passed away on Saturday ,November 20th ,2010 in the villa.
Born in New Glasgow she was a daughter of the late Daniel Alexander and Jessie Catherine (Grant) Fraser.
Maisie was a long time resident of Bridgeville before moving to Plymouth.
She was a member of the Bridgeville United Church..
Maisie was a member of the MacDonald Rebekah Lodge , Sunny Brae .
Along with quilting ,Maisie enjoyed crocheting and gardening.

Surviving are a son James Osborne (Dianne) Ross of Iron Rock
Daughters : Carole Sharpe of Upper Plymouth
Betty Ann Stewart of Truro 13 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren and a great great grandchild
Maisie was predeceased by her first husband Osborne Ross , her second husband John Allan MacDonald. Brothers Dennis Fraser and Daniel Fraser also by a sister Daisy Carrigan
Her remains will rest in the H.W.Angus Funeral Home for visitation 2-4 and7-9 P.M. on Monday from where funeral service will be held on Tuesday at 2 P.M. with Rev Heather Landry officiating.
Cremation to follow with burial of ashes in the Bridgeville Cemetery.
Donations in memory of Maisie may be made to the Valley View Villa or to a charity of one’s choice.
