Passed peacefully away at the Harbour Lodge Nursing Home, Carbonear on Sunday, June 21, 2009, Hubert Trickett of Small Point; formerly of Spout Cove, age 94 years. Predeceased by wife: Phyllis L.; granddaughter: Katrina; parents: Elijah and Bessie; sisters: Alfreda, Mary and Mildred; brother: Lewis. Leaving to mourn, three sons: Winston (Joan), Carbonear, Byron (Brenda) and Roy (Sharon), both of St. John’s; seven grandchildren: Jason, Janice (Jim), Kimberley, Ricky (Tanya), Rocky, Simone (Tim) and Ramona; five great-grandchildren: Paige, Duncan, Nigel, Eve and Keely; brother: Gilbert (Wilhemina), Long Pond; sister: Joyce Whalen, Western Bay; sister-in-law: Joyce Trickett, Carbonear; also a large number of other relatives and friends.
