It is with great sadness that the family of the late David George Curtis announce his passing at Western memorial Regional Hospital on Saturday, November 20, 2010 at the age of 77 years.  He leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories his wife Blanche Curtis of 55 years, sons; Dana, Keith and Craig Curtis, granddaughter Julia Curtis, Sister; Sybil Curtis, sisters-in-law Rose Kennedy (Peter), and Hilda Muggeridge as well as a large circle of nephews, nieces, cousins, family and friends.  He is predeceased by his mother and father George & Maber Curtis, brother; Clayton Curtis, nephew; Roger Curtis, mother & father-in-law; Mary & Fred Pike and brother-in-law Fred Muggeridge.  Cremation has taken place.  Memorial service will take place at Oakland United Church, Corner Brook on Tuesday, November 23, 2010 at 2 p.m. with Rev. Kim Waite officiating.  Interment to take place at a later date.  As expressions of sympathy flowers are graciously accepted or memorial donations may be made to the Lung Association.  The family guest book may be signed or memorial donations may be made by visiting our website at www.country-haven.ca.
