It is with great sadness that the family of Ralph Ackerman announces his passing on November 20, 2010 at the age of 95. Ralph was born in Anamoose, North Dakota on March 21, 1915. He is predeceased by his wife of 57 years Isobelle Ackerman. Ralph served in World War 2, and was an active Legion member. After finishing his tour of duty, he and Belle farmed near Findlater, SK, until their retirement, when they then moved to Moose Jaw. Ralph is survived by his sons Ron, Bob, Brian, his daughter Marilyn, 12 grandchildren, and 20 great-grandchildren. In keeping with Ralph's wishes, there will be an interment at Sunset Cemetery at 2:00 pm, Wednesday, November 24th, 2010. There will be a Memorial Tea held at Parkview Funeral Chapel, 474 Hochelaga St West, Moose Jaw, immediately following the interment. Arrangements are entrusted to Parkview Funeral Chapel.
