At the age of 88, passed away at the Charlotte County Hospital on Monday, November 22nd, 2010; Audrey Eileen (MacKay) (Fiander) Beckerton of St Andrews, NB. Born in Elmsville, NB she was the daughter of the late Malcolm MacKay and Jennie (Hill) MacKay Willis. Audrey is survived by one sister Jean Tennant of Bocabec, NB, four children Margaret Flagg (Edward) Oshawa, Ont, Larry Fiander (Diane) Lake Utopia, NB, Carl Fiander (Barb) Hartland, NB, and Marilyn Livingstone (Wayne) St Stephen, NB, one step son Thomas Beckerton (Janice) Bayside, NB, 12 grandchildren, three step grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren, five step great grandchildren, four great great grandchildren, one nephew Donald Fiander (Louise) , two nieces Linda Walsh (Sam), and Karen Lord (Everett), three cousins, Winnifred Irving, Alvin MacKay, Donald MacKay, sister-in-law Sarah McLaren. Audrey was predeceased by her first husband, Randall Fiander – 1978, second husband Norman Beckerton – 1998, grandson Randy Flagg, sister Bernice and three brothers, Charles, Arthur and Woodrow.
Resting at Humphreys Funeral Home, 20 Marks Street, St. Stephen, NB (506-466-3110) from where the service will be held in the chapel on Saturday, November 27th, 2010 at 2:00 pm. Canon John Matheson officiating. The interment will take place in Bocabec Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home during a time of visitation on Thursday 7 to 9pm and Friday 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm.
