Passed peacefully away after a courageous battle with cancer at the Placentia Health Centre on November 23, 2010 aged 52 years. Predeceased by father Fergus, brothers Phonse and Raymond, granddaughter Desiree. Leaving with fond memories wife Darlene; sons: Jason, Lee, and Dale; grandchildren: Dustin and Destiny; mother Mary; sisters: Donna (Tony Abbott), Loretta (Tom King), Madeline (Dave Hickey); brothers: Jim (Madonna), Francis, Carl (Sandra), Terry (Dora); sisters-in-law: Charmaine and Monica Pomroy; father and mother-in- law Bill and Grace Thorne; brother-in-law Billy Thorne (Bev); long time friend Mikey Williams, as well as many nieces and nephews. Funeral home opened for a celebration of life Thursday from 2-9, Friday 12-5. Inurnment to take place at a later date. There will be no flowers by request.
