It is with great sadness that the family of the late Nina Curtis announce her passing at Western Memorial Regional Hospital on Monday, June 22nd, 2009 at the age of 87 years. Leaving to mourn: her husband of 60 years, David; children: David (Ruby), Jeanette and Derek (Lenora); grandchildren: Garrett, Declan and Vivian, as well as a large circle of friends. She was predeceased by parents, William and Mary Guy; brothers: Gerald, Frasier and Garland. Friends may visit Fillatre’s Funeral Home, 218 Curling Street, on Tuesday between the hours of 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. The funeral service will take place at St. Mary’s Anglican Church in Curling on Wednesday, June 24th at 2:00 p.m. Interment will follow at Mt. Patricia Cemetery. Reverend Karen Laldin officiating. As expressions of sympathy, flowers are graciously accepted or donations may be made to a charity of one’s choice.
