Roberta Anne Harvie-Fascione, loving wife of Gerald "Gerry" Fascione, passed away after a courageous battle with cancer, on November 26, 2010 at the Saint John Regional Hospital, with her family by her side. Born 1948 in Montreal, PQ she was the daughter of the late Robert Kinsman and Catherine Alicia (Bolger) Harvie. Besides her parents she was predeceased by great grandson Charles Alexander Hachey-Achilles. Roberta was devoted to her family, especially enjoyed time with her grandchildren and playing cribbage and scrabble with her family. She was a wonderful caring wife and a loving mother. Besides her loving husband Gerry, she is survived by her daughters Christine Zelward (Troy) and Paula Beckingham (Mike) both of Saint John; step-daughter Kelly of England; cherished grandchildren Nicole, Michael, Becky and Ryan; great grandchildren Rachael and Jordan; and life long friends Nancy Pitts (Doug) of Quispamsis and Marcia Kilpatrick of Riverview.
Resting at Fundy Funeral Home, 230 Westmorland Road, Saint John (646-2424) with visitations on Monday, November 29, 2010 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. The funeral service will be held from Fundy Funeral Home Chapel on Tuesday, November 30, 2010 at 11 a.m.
