1960 ~ 2010

It is with great sadness that the family announces the passing of their beautiful mother, wife, daughter, sister and friend. Sharon Rose Martin of Kamloops passed away on Tuesday, November 23, 2010 at 50 years of age.

She is survived by her loving husband Thomas Martin, sons Paul Martin, Shayne (Brianna) Martin, and Spencer Martin, daughter Maggie Martin, all of Kamloops; mother Marie Smith, brothers Robert (Cheryl) Smith and Paul Smith.

Sharon was born in Wawa, Ontario in 1960 and moved to Kamloops in 1980 with her husband, mother and two brothers. Sharon's true passion in life was being a mother. There was nothing that meant more to her than the happiness and health of her four children. Sharon's laugh was contagious and her vibrant spirit brought life to every room.

Her presence will be greatly missed

The Funeral Service will take place at 3:00 p.m. on Friday, December 3, 2010 in the Kamloops Funeral Home Chapel, 285 Fortune Drive, with Chaplain Mary Widmer officiating.
