At Prince County Hospital, Summerside on Thursday, Dec. 2, 2010 of Daisy Mae (Noy) Power of Enmore, aged 62 years, beloved wife of Ivan Poirier. Born in Tyne Valley on May 15, 1948, daughter of the late Ernest and Myrtle (Milligan) Noy. Loving mother of Darryl (Joanne) Power of Kensington; and Deanna Power ( Stoney Phillips). Cherished Grandmother of four grandchildren and one great grandchild. Dear Sister of Arnold, Wendell, Wayne (Elizabeth), Sterling (Karen), and Greg , all of Summerside and Clarence of Tyne Valley. Predeceased by her twin sister Della, and sister Gloria Maddix, and brothers Major, Herbie, and Darryl. Resting at the Ferguson Tyne Valley Funeral Chapel with visiting hours Sunday,6-9 pm. and Monday until 9:45 a.m. and then to St John the Baptist Church, Miscouche for Funeral Mass at 10:30 a.m. Interment to follow in the Parish Cemetery. Memorials to the Canadian Cancer Society would be greatly appreciated.
