On December 4, 2010, Garfield Connock of Sherwood Park, Alberta, formally of Corner Brook, Newfoundland, reached peaceful sleep with his family at his side at the age of 85. He will be lovingly remembered and deeply missed by his Sons: Ray (Patricia), Wayne (Irene), Terry (Ann), Kerry (Denise); daughters: Wanda Tapp, Cheryl (Rick) Cooper, Cyndi (Real) Strasbourg; his 11 grandchildren: Andy, Alma, Denika, Vanessa, Leighann, Terry, Tyler, Jordan, Zackery, Janelle, Abby and six great grandchildren; sister: Susie (Loveless) and brother: Frank Connock; sister-in-law: Glenda (Mike) O'quinn. Predeceased by his first wife Alma, second wife Elaine, parents Frank & Sarah Connock, brother Walter, sisters: Bessie & Melita, grandson Brian Connock and son-in-law David Tapp. A private family celebration of Garfield's life will be held in Sherwood Park, Alberta.
