Jeannette Marie LeBlanc, loving wife of Gerald LeBlanc passed away on Sunday December 5, 2010 at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Born 1939, in Grande-Digue, NB she was the daughter of the late Arthur and Emma (Brun) Hebert. In addition to her parents she was predeceased by her children Rachel LeBlanc and Kevin LeBlanc, brothers Ulysse Hebert, Noe Hebert, Claude Hebert, Norman Hebert and Gerard Hebert. Jeannette worked for J.D. Irving for 25 years. She was an avid Bingo player and enjoyed crafts in her younger years. Besides her devoted husband Gerald of 51 years, she is survived by her loving children Suzanne Hebert (Rejean) of Grand-Digue, Gilles LeBlanc (Cathy) of Edmonton, AB, Denise Landry (Jackie) of Kingston, NB and Lisa LeBlanc of Saint John; grandchildren Joel, Jessica, Stephanie, Martin and Justin; brothers Bernard Hebert (Camilla) and Roger Hebert (Girene); sisters Claudette Depres (Arthur), Anita Godin and Lucia Hebert (Roy) and several nieces and nephews.
Resting at Fundy Funeral Home, 230 Westmorland Road, Saint John (646-2424) with visitations on Tuesday December 7, 2010 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated from St. Joachim's Church on Wednesday December 8, 2010 at 11 a.m. Following cremation, a private family interment will take place in St. Joseph's Cemetery at a later date.
