D. Kevin Lively
We, the family of the late Kevin Lively, wish to express our sincere thanks for all the kindness shown during his illness and passing. Thank you to all who made donations to the family and in his memory. Thank you for the donations of food brought to our home. Thank you to all of Kevin's doctors and sitters for their time and efforts. Special thanks to An Cala, Palliative Care staff and to the VON; no words can describe their care and compassion. They made it possible for Kevin to be at home with his family. Thanks to Wayne Weatherbee and his staff for their kindness shown to us. Thanks as well to the ladies Auxuliary of the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 12. Thanks to Fr. O'Connor and the choir of Sacred heart Church for the beautiful service also to the readers Cleta McCullough and Dan Fraser. Kevin's pallbearers are thanked as well for seeing him off with love and care: son, Kevin: brothers, Jack, Barry and Lawrie; nephew, Jason; and brother-in-law, Charlie Malinowski.
