Emily Anne O’Laney Anderson of Moncton, born August 29, 1993 in Halifax, passed away Tuesday June 23rd at the Moncton Hospital following a ten-month battle with cancer.

Emily completed grade 10 at Bernice L. MacNaughton High School during her illness; she loved to dance and enjoyed camping at the Big Cove YMCA Camp where she completed their Leadership I program and she also received her Red Cross Bronze Medallion in Swimming in preparation for a summer career as a Camp Counselor at Big Cove.

She will be forever missed by her mom and dad; Doug and Melissa (O’Laney) Anderson, her brother, Gavin, her faithful dog, Harley, maternal grandparents Anne and Bernie O’Laney of Moncton, as well many aunts, uncles and cousins.

By request there will be no public visitation, a private funeral mass extended to family and close friends, will take place from Holy Family Roman Catholic Church, Moncton.

The funeral Arrangements are entrusted to Cobb’s Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 330 Whitepine Road, Riverview (869-2007).
