Peacefully, and surrounded by his family, at the Palliative Care Unit of the Prince Edward Home on Tuesday, Dec. 7, 2010, of Donnie Jenkins of Hazelbrook, age 68 years.
Beloved husband of Betty Jenkins (nee Cameron) and loving father of Ingham (Donna MacKay), Billy (Kim), Marie Adams (Rick) and April LeBlanc (Paul). Donnie is also survived by his grandchildren, Taylor, Glynn, Dylan, Alex, Liza, Campbell and Rowan and his brothers, Morris, Stewart (Blanche), Hudson (Roma) and Sterling (Thelma). He was predeceased by his parents, Robert and Flora Jenkins and his sisters, Etta Burhoe (Arnold - deceased) and Eva Acorn (Lorne - deceased).
Resting at Hillsboro Funeral Home, 2 Hollis Ave., Stratford, for visitation on Thursday, Dec. 9, 4 to 8 p.m. Funeral service will be held on Friday, Dec. 10, at Stratford Chapel, Hillsboro Funeral Home at 11 a.m. Interment will follow at Hazelbrook Baptist Cemetery.
As an expression of sympathy, in lieu of flowers, memorial donations to Hazelbrook Baptist Cemetery Fund would be appreciated.
