WHITTEN, Stephen- Passed peacefully away at St. Clare's Mercy Hospital on Wednesday, December 8th, 2010, Stephen Whitten, aged 86 years. Predeceased by his wife Audrey and son-in-law Kevin Gotting. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories are his daughters Norma Whitten-Gotting, Jocelyn Holloway (Gary), Ruby Budden (Dennis); sons: Stephen (Kay), Robert (Mary) and Paul (Evelyn); beloved grandchildren: Trevor, Stephen, Mark, Susan, Philip, Cindy, Julia, Robbie, Krista, Lori, Amanda, Scott, Paula, Melissa and Victoria, beloved great-grandchildren Spencer and Jace; sister Phyllis Hamlyn (Aubrey deceased), also a large circle of extended family and friends. Resting at Barrett's Funeral Home, 328 Hamilton Avenue on Friday, December 10th, 2010 from 10 a.m. - 12 Noon, 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. and on Saturday, December 11th, 2010 from 10 a.m. - 12 Noon. Funeral service to be held on Saturday, December 11th, 2010 at 2 p.m. from the Anglican Church of St. Mary the Virgin, Craigmillar Avenue. Interment to follow at the Anglican Cemetery, Kenmount Road.
