We, the family of the late John Edmund Stapleton (Eddie), wish to extend our sincere thanks for the love and support shown to us during our recent loss. For all the phone calls, emails, mass cards, sympathy cards,flowers, memorial donations, visits to our home, gifts and food, thank you. To Emma and all our neighbors and friends, thanks so much for your support. To the 911 Response team, thank you. To Duke's Ultramar in Bras d'Or for the unending coffee, we are grateful. A special thank you to Father Peter of St. Joseph's Parish for your guidance and professionalism. To the choir, organist, Eucharistic Ministers, Urban Day, Earl Harrietha, Ann Brenick, many thanks. To our brother, Bryan for carrying Da's ashes, we are forever grateful. To Eddie's grandchildren, Corrina Brady, Mark Dolhanty and Erica Edmunds for the readings. To Eddie's great-grandchildren, Haley Walsh and Rialy Beaton for the offertory gifts, thank you all so much. Poppy Da was so proud of all this grandchildren. Thank you to the CWL of St. Joseph's for the delicious tea and lunch after the service. Many thanks to Mark Dolhanty, Ralph MacKinnon, Danielle Walker and B.J. Stapleton for the eulogies at the hall.
