MOOD, Kathleen Thelma (nee White) - 87, of Yarmouth, passed away peacefully in Tidal View Manor on December 8, 2010. Born in Kemptville, she was a daughter of the late Clayton and Grace (Hurlburt) White. She was retired from the Royal Store and Stedman's, where she worked for 13 years, as well as raising a family of four girls. She enjoyed being a homemaker, gardening, Christmas, entertaining and singing around the piano. She is survived by daughters, Sharon Mood; Rozalie (Wayne) Tingley; Dale (Joe) Sollows; Robin (Michael) Sollows; sister, Barbara; brothers, Ernest, Malcolm, Garnet and Clifford; eight grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren. Kathleen was predeceased by her husband, George; brother, Arnold. She will be remembered for her kindness, hard work and willingness to help others. Our love and your memory will live on in our hearts forever. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Sweeny's Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Yarmouth. Visitation took place on Friday, December 10 from 7-9 p.m., in Sweeny's Funeral Home Chapel, where funeral service was held on Saturday, December 11 at 2 p.m., Rev. Karl Gorman officiated.
