July 23, 1926 - October 30, 2010 - Desi passed peacefully October 30, 2010 at Burnaby Hospital after a short illness. He was predeceased by his parents Charles and Annie Doucet. He is survived by his loving wife Lisette of 40 years, sisters Mary and Rita, brothers Leonard (Ida) and Al (Claire), sons Mark and Michel (Jocelyne), grandsons Miguel and Frederick, nieces, nephews, stepdaughter Carole Dion and stepsons Gilbert and Ron Dion.
A Memorial Service will be held at a later date. Donations in his memory can be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
