Angèle Steeves 1911 - 2010 - Entered in to Eternal Rest, Thursday, December 16, 2010. Angèle Steeves, 99 passed away at Kenneth E. Spencer Memorial Home on December, 16, 2010. Born in St. Paul, Kent County on February 22, 1911, she was the daughter of the late Simon and Marie (Gosselin) Cormier. Angèle was a homemaker and a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She was a devoted Christian and a life long member of Glad Tidings Pentecostal Church. Angèle leaves to mourn three daughters; Marian Cobb, Betty Legere, Carol Leslie (Don) all of Moncton and one son; Donald (Yvonne) of Turtle Creek, six grandchildren; Kurt Cobb, Shawn Legere, Tina Doiron, Dawn Scott, Sandra Joudry, Nicole Smith, ten great-grandchildren; Ryan, Alex, Caleb, Katelin, Bradley, Spencer, Olivia, Ryan, Evan and Caleb. She was the last surviving member of her immediate family. Besides her parents she was predeceased by her husband Eldon, (1993), as well as, two infant sons, nine sisters, Rosalie, Bibienne, Delina, Pauline, Emma, Edna, Irene, Sarah, Emilie and one brother, Aimé.
The family will be receiving friends and relatives at Cobb's Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 330 Whitepine Rd., Riverview (869-2007), on Saturday, December 18, from 6 to 8 pm. Funeral Service to take place at Cobb's Funeral Home Memorial Chapel, on Sunday, December 19, at 2:30 pm. Interment to take place at Fair Haven Memorial Gardens.
