Lewis, Gage Steven Tyler - 18, Greenfield, passed away June 25, 2009. Born in Truro, he was the son of Carolyn Lewis-MacLellan (Wade), Greenfield and Stephen McDow, Londonderry. Gage was a Grade 12 student at CEC. He loved sports especially playing hockey and baseball. He planned on being a police officer after attending Holland College. Gage was working part-time in Debert while attending school. He is survived by his sister, Charley MacLellan; maternal grandmother, Sharon Lewis, Valley; paternal grandfather, Clyde McDow, Londonderry; step-grandparents, Charlie and Barbara MacLellan, Great Village; girlfriend, Kelsey Gloade; several aunts, uncles and cousins. He was predeceased by maternal grandfather, Jerry Lewis; paternal grandmother, Mildred McDow. Visitation will be held on Sunday, June 28th from 6-9 pm in Colchester Community Funeral Home, 512 Willow Street, Truro; funeral service on Monday, June 29th at 2:00 pm in First United Church, 669 Prince Street, Truro, with Rev. Brian DeLong officiating. Reception to follow the service in the Church Hall. Family flowers only. Donations in his memory may be made to a charity of choice.
