William Hatcher
April 30, 1935 - December 12, 2010

It is with great sadness that the family of the late William Hatcher announces his sudden passing on Sunday December 12, at his residence in Rose Blanche at the age of 75 years. Born at Rose Blanche, William was the son of the Stanley and Alice Hatcher. He was also predeceased by his sister Maude Stroud, brothers Johnny Hatcher and Jim Hatcher. He leaves to mourn with fond and precious memories, his loving family; wife Alice Marie Hatcher of 48 years marriage. Devoted father of Diane (David) Herritt Port aux Basques, Robert Hatcher (Pam) Isle aux Morts, Roger Hatcher Moncton NB. Loving grandfather of Denise (John) Herritt Ignace ON, Renee Herritt Halifax NS, Jessica Mauger and Johnathan Mauger of Isle aux Morts. He will also be sadly missed by his sister Rosina Bury Rose Blanche, brother Brian (Joyce) Hatcher Port aux Basques, sister in law Lillian Hatcher St. John's NL, and a large circle of nieces, nephews, and many friends. Visitation took place on Monday evening, Tuesday, and Wednesday at St. Micheal's and All Angel's Anglican Church in Rose Blanche. Funeral services took place on Thursday December 16, 2 PM at St. Micheal's and All Angel's Anglican Church officiated by Rev. Kris Gosse.
