GERALDINE (HALL) SPEARS
We, the family of the late Geraldine Spears, wish to express our heartfelt thanks to family, friends and neighbors for their love, support and prayers during this difficult time. Thank you to everyone for food, mass and sympathy cards, memorial donations, phone calls, flowers and those who were able to attend the funeral service. To Dr. Sonia Fairfield along with the doctors and nurses from Palliative Care (An Cala) at the Regional Hospital and 3 West nurses at Glace Bay Health Care Complex for taking such good care of Gerry, for their care and compassion, especially the volunteers for Palliative Care. Thank you to the Port Morien Legion, Branch #55, for putting on a beautiful reception. To Father Norman MacPhee for the lovely service and to the staff of V.J. McGillivray Funeral Home for their professionalism and compassion. To all those who helped in any way, we are forever grateful.
