Gladys Bulmer
Gladys Bulmer, age 95, of Aulac, NB, passed away peacefully at the Centennial Villa, Amherst on Monday, December 13, 2010. Born in Point de Bute, NB, she was a daughter of the late Allan and Gertrude (Elms) Carter. She was a member of St. Mark's Anglican Church of Mt. Whatley and a life member of the Anglican Women's League. Gladys and her husband Gordon lived all their lives in Aulac. She will be sadly missed by her sons; Murray (Maureen), Stanley (Ivy) both of Sheffield, NB, and Wayne (Janet), Aulac, daughter; Alice (Percy) Atkinson, Sackville; several grandchildren, great and great great grandchildren; daughter-in-law Janette Bulmer, Amherst; son-in-law Robert Estabrooks, Sackville.
She was predeceased by her husband Gordon, son Walter, daughter Doreen Estabrooks, grandson Joey, great granddaughter Lyndsay, brothers Garnet, Aubrey, Percy, and Murray.
Cremation has taken place under the care and direction of Jones Funeral Home, 70 Bridge St., Sackville (506-364-1300) where a memorial service was held on Saturday, Dec. 18, 2010, at 11 a.m., Father Kevin Stockall officiating. Burial followed in the Westcock Cemetery. Those wishing to make a donation in memory of Gladys may do so to the Arthritis Society, the Diabetic Association, or the charity of your choice.
