The family of the late Ted Doucette would like to express their sincere thanks to all who made such a tragic event a little easier. How the gathering of family and friends can help ease the pain by sharing memories of our loved one.

Thank you for the exceptional support, acts of kindness, gestures of sympathy during this difficult time. Dad was a wonderful husband and father, a kind and gentle soul who made a lot of friends in his 86 years of life.

It was so consoling to see the great number of people who visited our homes, funeral home and attended the funeral mass.

Heartfelt thanks to my extended family - the staff of Sir Thomas Roddick Hospital who cared for my family during this tragic accident. I can not put into words the incredible support we received from all of you.

Thank you to Father O'Quinn and the bereavement team for the prayers, the beautiful funeral mass, the words show such a true reflection of such a special man.
