Edith Mary "May" (Hodgin) Casey passed away peacefully on December 22, 2010 at the Loch Lomond Villa. "Little May May" as know too many people was born in Saint John on July 1, 1914. She was predeceased by her parents Charles and Ella E. (Stackhouse) Hodgin, husband Frank Joseph Casey and brothers and sisters. May was a life long resident of Uptown Saint John, living on King Street East for many years. She loved music, dancing, socializing and lived life to the fullest. She enjoyed going to dances over the City Market. After her husband Frank's passing, she lived with Bob and Jan Palmer and their family for many years, before moving into the Loch Lomond Villa in 2002.
Following cremation, a Memorial Service will be held from Fundy Funeral Home Chapel, 230 Westmorland Road, Saint John (646-2424) on Wednesday, December 29, 2010 at 10 a.m. Interment will follow in St. Joseph's Cemetery.
