Jessella MacDougall, 79, of Baddeck, N.S., died Dec. 23, 2010, at the Alderwood Guest Home.
Born in Whycocomagh Portage, she was the daughter of the late Richard William and Julia Catherine (MacAulay) Bennett. She was a member of Knox Presbyterian Church, Baddeck.
She is survived by sons, Allan, Baddeck, Carlton, Kelowna, B.C., Francis (Melissa), Kingston, Ont.; sisters, Christine Holland, Montreal, Jamie Hanson, Halifax.
She was predeceased by her husband, George, son, James, brother, Richard 'Buddy'.
Cremation has taken place under the direction and care of MacAskill Funeral Home. Visitation will be held Monday, Dec. 27 from 2-5 and 7-9 p.m. at MacAskill Funeral Home. The funeral will be held Tuesday, Dec. 28 at 2 p.m. at Knox Presbyterian Church with Rev. Cameron Brett officiating. Burial at a later date
