Passed peacefully away at the Agnes Pratt Nursing Home on Dec. 21, 2010, age 81 yrs. Predeceased by her husband Kevin J. Fagan, her parents and one brother. Left with fond and loving memories, two daughters: J. Lynn Moulton (Guy), Whitby, Ontario and Eileen Warren (Keith), Charlottetown, P.E.I.; grandchildren: Timothy, Amy and Daniel Moulton, Chelsea, Lucas and Cameron Warren, as well as many nieces, nephews and a large circle of other relatives and friends. Resting at Caul's Funeral Home, LeMarchant Rd. Visitation Tuesday, Dec. 28 from 2 p.m. - 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. - 9 p.m. Funeral Mass on Wednesday, Dec. 29 at 9:30 a.m. from the Basilica of St. John the Baptist. Cremation to follow with inurnment at Mt. Carmel Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations in her memory may be made to the Alzheimer's Society.
