Mrs. Elsie "Margaret" Keating of Sussex passed away on December 26, 2010 at the age of 87. She was the daughter of the late Albert and Elsie (Kirk) Bain and the wife of the late Timothy "Ted" Keating. Margaret is survived by three daughters: Susan Keating (Dagfinn Myrvang) of Beaconsfield, Quebec, Jill (Gillian) Keating and Sheila Hughes (Ron) all of Okatoks, Alberta; his son, David Keating (Rosemary) of London, Ontario; two brothers: John Bain (Bessie) of Dartmouth, NS and Leslie Bain (Violet); her sister, Betty Borrer (Reg) all of England; eight grandchildren; as well as several nieces and nephews; including special niece, Linda Hepworth of Cumbria, England.
Arrangements are entrusted to the care of Wallace Funeral Home, 34 Sunnyside Drive, Sussex, (506-433-1176), where visitation will be held on Wednesday 1 to 3 and 6 to 8pm. The Royal Canadian Legion Branch #20 will hold a tribute Wednesday Evening at 6:00. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated from St. Francis Xavier on Thursday, December 30, 2010 at 2:00 pm. www.wallacefuneralhome.com
