Mother, Joan (Walsh) Kent. He is predeceased by his brother Paul (infant) and best friend, Kevin Bouzaine. He is survived by his sisters Toni (Ball) of Cambridge, Ontario and Jennifer (Aggett) of Mader's Cove, Nova Scotia. Robin spent his 64 years as an integral member of the community fabric on Bell Island where his immense personality and sense of humour made him the centre of family celebrations. For the past 15 years he was lovingly cared for at the Dr. Walter Templeman Health Centre on Bell Island. He took his greatest joy from his love of "Mighty God" and "Santa Claus" and his greatest comfort from the love and care of all of the staff of the Walter Templeman Health Centre. His family will be forever grateful for the sensitive treatment and the sense of belonging afforded Robin by all of the staff and most specifically Drs. Laurie and Tucker, the nursing staff, dietary staff, social workers, volunteer, laboratory, support and ambulance staff. Visitations will be on Bell Island at Pendergast's Funeral Home on December 27th from 7-9 p.m. and on December 28th from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. and December 29th from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Funeral services will be held at St. Michael's Church on Wednesday, December 29th at 2 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Dr. Walter Templeman Health Centre on Bell Island.
