Tanda Lee Dinan of Weldon, NB passed away at the Moncton Hospital on December 29, 2010 at the age of 51, after a lengthy and courageous battle with cancer. Until recently Tanda had been employed with ICT in Riverview, she was a member of the Tit Bateau Dragon Boat Team in which she took great pride and had made many friends. A former member of the District Education Council, in her spare time she enjoyed reading, puzzles, spending time with family and making her famous bagels. She is survived by her parents Owen and Ruth (MacDonald) Smith of Moncton, the father of her children John Dinan of Riverview, daughter, Kahlin, sons, Kyle and Kory all at home, sisters, Tammy Enns of Calgary, Trina Magee (Brian) of Riverview, Twila Doucet (Mike) of Moncton, brothers, Thede (Jeannine) of Terre Noir NS, Tim and Todd both of Moncton, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and dear friends. She was predeceased by an infant son Kane and cousin Karen.
The family will be receiving friends and relatives on Thursday, December 30. from 6:00 to 9:00 PM at Cobb's Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 330 Whitepine Rd. Riverview, (869-2007). The funeral service to be held from Cobb's Funeral Home Memorial Chapel on Friday, December 31 at 1:00 PM with Rev. Charlotte Youland officiating.
