December 10, 1922 - December 28, 2010. Passed suddenly but peacefully away at the Health Sciences Centre in St. John's, NL. Predeceased by his wife Regina, daughter Glenda Grady and second wife Julia. Left to mourn are his children: Alicia Biggs (Bob), George (Pat), Debbie Dwyer (Don), Jack (Lorna), Vernon (Debbie), Lucy Myra (Vernon), Theresa Shave (Brian) and Della Gray (Ramsey); son-in-law John; sister Vera Hanlon; 23 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren; special friend Ida Moores. Cremation has taken place. Visitation will take place at Carnell's Funeral Home, 329 Freshwater Road from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m., Thursday.
