(1924-2010). Passed peacefully away on Wednesday, December 29, 2010 at the Caribou Veterans Pavilion in St. John's surrounded by his loving family, Kevin Stephen Flynn in his 87th year. Predeceased by his wife of 60 years, Mildred; daughter Shirley; his parents: John and Mary Ellen; brothers: Joe, Tom, Bill and Jim; and sisters: Mary Burridge and Helen. Survived by his children: Diane Kendell (Tom), Kevin (Laura), Laurie (Monique Boucher) and Lynette Snelgrove (Ken); his eight cherished grandchildren: Amy (Mark Stanford), Tommy and Emily Kendell; Jessica Flynn; Sara and Alex Flynn; Stephen and Martha Snelgrove; his two precious great-grandchildren: Molly and Patrick Stanford; his brothers: Jack and Nick; and his sister Margaret O'Keefe; as well as a large circle of nieces and nephews.
Resting at Caul's Funeral Home, LeMarchant Rd. Visitation on Thursday, December 30, from 2:00 to 9:00 p.m. and Friday, December 31, from 10:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Patrick's Church at 2 p.m. on Friday, December 31, with interment at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery to follow.
