1945 ~ 2010

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Frederick "Freddy" Allen Schock on Tuesday, December 21, 2010.

Freddy was born on August 3, 1945 in Vancouver, B.C. He moved to Kamloops in the 1970's and later to Vancouver Island where he found success in the Bike Industry. Fred had a passion for being outdoors, both riding bicycles and motorcycles, and he made many lasting friendships doing what he loved. He returned to Kamloops several years ago to be with family and made many more friendships here.

He is survived by sons Freddy, Brian and stepson Lonnie.

Fred is, and will be, sadly missed by his sister Gloria (John), and brother Robert (Sheila), all of Kamloops; by his nieces Shelley, Roberta, and Ashley; and nephews Dennis, Taylor, Griffen and Kiefer. He also has several great nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles.

Predeceased by dad Alfred, brother Dennis, mom Vera and son Richard.

Fred is now at peace.

By request, no formal service will be held so friends and loved ones are encouraged to remember Fred in the happy times they spent together.
