Nora Louise Brown of Tracy passed away at White Rapids Manor on January 1, 2011 at the age of 80. Nora is survived by her two daughters Carol McLaughlin and Linda Wheeler, two sisters Louise Smith and Bonita Peterson, three brothers Arnold, Weldon and Buddy, 7 grandchildren; Douglas Estey, Andrea Kennedy, Sabrina Tomaso, Terry-Lynn McLaughlin, Marlee McLaughlin, Chris Wheeler, Tanya Wheeler, 13 great-grandchildren and several nieces & nephews. Nora was a member of the Royal Canadian Legion Branch #55 and the Ladies Auxiliary. She is predeceased by her parents Gladys (Arbeau) and Wendell Peterson, one sister Hazel and one brother Malcolm.
Nora's family would like to thank the staff at White Rapids Manor for all their care and attention Nora received over the past five years.
Relatives and friends are invited to Sunbury Funeral Home on Tuesday, January 4, 2011, from 5pm to 7pm for visitations. Memorial Service and Legion Tribute will be at 7:00 pm with Chaplain David Olive officiating. You may express your sympathy by making a donation to a charity of your choice.
