(age 39) - passed away suddenly on December 31, 2010. Beloved daughter of Patrick Dillon and Carmel De Graaf, mother of Kayleigh Richards and Lindsay Jenkins, sister of Denise, Lisa, Janis and Ian. Tara was much loved and had so much love for everyone she knew, she will be sadly missed by her extended family, the Richards family, and friends in both NL and ON. Tara will always be loved and remembered by her friends at Stella Burry who thank her for the gift that she was to each of them. May she rest in peace. (Private memorial service).
