The passing of Michael Steeves of Prince George, BC occurred on December 30, 2010 at the Prince George Rotary Hospice House at the age of 49. Born in Saint John, NB, he is the son of Joseph and Violet Steeves of Plaster Rock, NB. Michael is survived by his two brothers: Dwayne Steeves [Carol] of Quispamsis, NB and Daniel Steeves [Debbie] of Ottawa, ON; four nieces: Naomi, Natasha, Nicole and Ashley; two nephews: Nathan and Brandon; along with several great-nieces and a great-nephew.
Resting at White's Chapel, 85 Centennial Street, Plaster Rock, New Brunswick E7G 1J1 on Friday, January 7th with visiting hours from 7 to 9 pm. Funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 8th at 2 pm from the chapel with Rev. D. H. McKillop officiating. Interment in the Linton Corner Cemetery will take place in the Spring.
