CORNELIS RAVENSBERGEN, Father and Opa to Margaret Davidson and family from Central North River. The Lord took Cornelis Ravensbergen (Cees) home December 18, 2010. Born January 24, 1928, he was the beloved husband of Petronella (Nellie), nee Van Den Berg. Cherished father of Jan (Claire Robitaille); Frances (Glenn Hodgins); Margaret (Edward Davidson); Judy (Gerald Eefting); and Linda (Paul Day). Much loved Opa to grandchildren Robert, Freya, Che, Vence (deceased), Lea, Aiden, Lee, Mairead, Alanna, Nicole, Courtney, Tanner, Marley, Sydney and Josh. Family funeral and burial was held December 21, 2010. A poignant Memorial service celebrating Dad's life was held Dec 23, 2010 at Lakeshore Evangelical Church, Dorval, Quebec, just as he had planned!
