At his home in Belfast on Saturday, January 8, 2011, of Alexander "Alex" MacDonald of Belfast, in his 67th year. Beloved husband of Judy (nee MacPherson). Dear brother of Donnie (Tina) and Irene (Wayne) Panton, both of Belfast. Also survived by his mother and father-in-law Beatrice and Bruce MacPherson of Wood Islands. Predeceased by sister Sadie. Resting at Ferguson's Montague Funeral Home from where the service will be held in the Funeral Home Chapel on Tuesday at 2 p.m. Interment later in the Wood Islands Cemetery. Visitation Monday 7-9 p.m. only. If so desired, memorials to the Canadian Diabetes Association or to the Heart & Stroke Foundation of P.E.I. would be appreciated.
