Muriel Carter
Muriel M. Carter, 60, of Moncton, passed away suddenly at the Moncton Hospital on Friday, January 7, 2011. Born in Moncton, she was the daughter of the late Harvey and Doris (LeBlanc) Arsenault. Muriel was employed with the Department of National Defence and Exxon Mobile. She attended St. Augustine's Roman Catholic Church and enjoyed spending time at the beach, around her pool at home, dancing, decorating, family gatherings and spending precious time with her granddaughter, Aleah. Muriel will be sadly missed by her children, Jim (Nicole), Moncton; Tanya, Moncton; precious granddaughter, Aleah; sister, Monique Arsenault (Paul Williams), Moncton; brother, Marc Arsenault, Moncton; brother in law, Roger Melanson, Cocagne; several nieces and nephews, as well as her companion, Ron Devarennes. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her sister, Carmella Melanson (Dec. 2008).
Visitation at Ferguson Knowles Funeral Home, 1657 Mountain Road, Moncton (858-1995), Tuesday 2 to 4pm and 7 to 9pm. Funeral Service to be held at Ferguson Knowles Funeral Home Chapel, Wednesday, January 12, 2011, 10:30am, Rev. Yvon Arsenault officiating. Reception in the Funeral Home Reception Centre following the service. Interment, Our Lady of Calvary Cemetery, Dieppe.
