JUNE ELIZABETH OSMOND
1941 - 2010

It is with great sadness that the family of the late June Osmond announces her passing at the Green Bay Health Care Centre in Springdale on January 8, 2011 at the age of 69. Predeceased by parents, Cecil & Julia Childs; brothers, Clyde and Russell Childs and son-in-law, Ronald Lee. Left with fond and loving memories is her husband Harold Osmond; sons: Lorne of Ontario, Quinton of Ontario, Keith of Pilley's Island, Deon (Karissa) of Grand Falls-Windsor; daughters: Carmen (Chris), Ursel (Allen), Ula (Leroy), Katie (Clarence) and Valerie (Terry). Also leaving to mourn 11 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren, 5 sisters and 1 sister-in-law as well as a large circle of relatives and friends. Majors Marvin and Vera Youden conducted the funeral service from the Salvation Army Citadel in Pilley's Island on January 11, 2011. Interment was at the United Church Cemetery. Pallbearers were Clarence Payne, Ben Callahan, Leroy Laing, Michael Laing, Allen Simms and Ronald Simmons.
