At the Grand Falls General Hospital, January 9, 2011, Mr. O'Nile Pelletier of Drummond passed away at the age of 78. He was the husband of the late Joanna Cyr. He was a resident of Plaster Rock for several years and had resided with his sister since the passing of his wife in 2006. Born at Drummond in 1932, he was a son of the late Augustin and Adelia (Levesque) Pelletier. Mr. Pelletier was a truck driver most of his working career. He is survived by two sons, Armand (Marcelle) of Moncton and Normand (Barb) of Vernon, BC, one daughter, Julie Margison of Perth-Andover, four grandchildren, eight great grandchildren, two brothers, Louis (Alma) of New Denmark and Merle (Mary) of Plaster Rock, two sisters, Eugenie "Jane" Theriault and Velma Theriault of Drummond, as well as nieces and nephews.
Resting at O'Regan's Funeral Home, 515 Everard Daigle Blvd., Grand Falls with visiting hours Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. and Wednesday from 9:30 to 11 a.m. His funeral service will be held Wednesday, January 12th at 11 a.m. from St-Michel Roman Catholic Church, Drummond with interment in St. Joseph's Cemetery, Tilley.
