Word has been received of the death on Tuesday, June 30, 2009, of Florence H. "Bee" Griffiths of Stittsville, Ontario, daughter of the late Lila and Elmer Gamble of Albany, P.E.I. Beloved wife of the late Roger Griffiths and loving mother to Ian Griffiths, Jean Graham (Barry), Lynn Griffiths and Heather Kristjansson; and cherished Nana to 12 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren. Devoted sister of Walter Gamble (Verna) of Debert, Nova Scotia, and the late Dr. Mary Gamble, DC, of Charlottetown, P.E.I. Predeceased by daughter, Anne Martindale (Red). Funeral services will be held in Ottawa on July 7, 2009, with arrangements entrusted to Tubman Funeral Homes. Committal service at Tryon People's Cemetery to be held at a later date.
