The Baird/Porter family would like to send out our sincere gratitude to everyone who helped out and supported our family during the passing of our loved one Irene Porter. Thank you to EMS, doctors, nurses, staff and volunteers of the Aberdeen Hospital for their wonderful care and efforts during her stay at the hospital. Thank you to all our neighbours, friends and family for all the flowers, donations and cards of sympathy, food, support and comfort. We appreciated everything that was done for us. Thank you to McLaren Funeral Home, and to Glenn for being so helpful through all the arrangements. Also thank you to Reverend Steve Webb and St Andrews Church choir for providing a lovely departing service. Thank you to Murray and Barb Porter for a warm reception at their home. We are glad to know that we live among such thoughtful, warm-hearted people, and that we can depend on one another in our times of need. Although Irene has left this world, she will remain forever in the hearts of those who love her. There she will never truly be gone.
