The death occurred at the Summerset Manor, Summerside, on Tuesday, Jan. 11, 2011, of Inez MacKinnon, of Summerside, aged 82 years. Born in Montague, she was the daughter of the late Aubrey and Elva (Keith) Shaw. Survived by her daughter Debbie (Pat) Gallant, Sackville, NB; grandsons Shawn Gallant (Jessy); Mitch Gallant (Ali); great-granddaughter Emma; sisters Eleanor Shaw and Olive Webb; and by her special friend Arthur Lamperd. Predeceased by her husband Wallace MacKinnon. Resting at the Moase Funeral Home, Summerside, (98 Water St. - private entrance in rear of Waterfront Mall - former S.R.D.C. Office), where funeral service will be held Saturday at 10:30 a.m. No visiting hours by personal request. Memorial donations to the Alzheimer Society would be appreciated.
