At the Miramichi Hospital on January 10, 2011, Helen Irene (Estey) Doiron passed away at the age of 96. Born in Lower Durham, NB she was a daughter of the late Daniel and Bessie (Stewart) Estey. Helen worked in the Marysville Cotton Mill and in various hospitals in Ontario. She enjoyed playing cards and bingo. Helen was a woman who was way ahead of her time. She is survived by one sister Shirley Gilmar of Sault Ste. Marie; several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Helen was also predeceased by her husband Jeremie Doiron; sons Basil Banks and Bob Banks; daughters Darlene Pecklam and Geraldine Sussey; brothers Lloyd, Howard and Ken; sisters Beaulah, Ada, Daisy, Orilla, Mildred, Edna and Doris.
